Demolition Full Job Description Benefits:
401(k) Training & development We are seeking an experienced Carpenter with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in residential and/or commercial construction, able to work independently, and committed to producing high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Measure, cut, and install wood and other building materials. Build, repair, and install walls, framing, doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and other structures. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Perform demolition, repairs, and finish carpentry as needed. Ensure work is completed accurately and according to safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately. Experience with framing, finish carpentry, and general construction. Proficient with hand and power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work. Reliable transportation and strong work ethic. OSHA certification is a plus but not required.
