Lead Carpenter / Crew Leader High-Energy Remodeling Company

Growing remodeling and construction company seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter / Crew Leader who can run projects, lead a crew, and keep jobs moving efficiently. This position is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting work completed. We are looking for a motivated individual with energy, urgency, and a strong work ethic—not someone who's simply looking to collect a paycheck.

What We Need:

Ability to independently run remodeling projects Experience with framing, trim, flooring, drywall, doors, windows, siding, painting, tile, basic electric and plumbing and general construction Strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage helpers and subcontractors and keep projects on schedule Physically capable of handling the demands of construction work daily Organized, reliable, and professional Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Understands materials needed for each phase of the project
