What you'll be doing day to day You'll help enhance the in-store customer experience by creating a strong visual impression in line with the IKEA brand:
- Constructing, building, and preparing in-store media to secure range presentation and the IKEA visual identity.
- Reducing the environmental footprint by working consciously with resources and materials and maximizing opportunities to recycle and reuse materials.
- Staying up to date and knowledgeable about carpentry trends to increase quality and efficiency.

BENEFITS ELIGIBLE?
Yes HOURS- 12-20 hours per week. Must have working availability between the hours of 6:00AM-3:00PM from Mondays to Fridays. (Some weeknights, overnights & weekends shifts are required, depending on the needs of the business, remodels/special projects, etc.) The hourly pay rate range for this role is $25.06

- 3-5 years of professional carpentry-related experience
- License and/or certification in carpentry preferred (OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 certification)
- Building/framing walls experience is required
- Joinery experience is required
- Painting and wallpaper installation in a professional level on large scale walls experience is required
- Tiling/floor installation experience is required
- Computer proficiency using Microsoft Excel for budgeting/ordering materials is required
- Experience with Drills, Chop Saw/Milter Saw, Table Saw required The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 25.
