Job Description
Topilow Development is looking for an experienced All-Around Carpenter to join our residential construction team. We build high-quality new homes, additions, and renovations. Most of our work is done by skilled subcontractors, so we need someone who can fill in the gaps, handle punch lists, and keep the job moving. The Job You'll be doing a little bit of everything, including: Punch list and warranty work Trim carpentry, doors, and baseboard Light framing Drywall repairs Spackling and touch-up work General carpentry and repairs Helping prepare for subcontractors Taking care of the small things that need to get done on a busy jobsite Who We're Looking For We're looking for a reliable, experienced carpenter who knows residential construction. You don't need to be an expert at everything, but you should be able to look at a job, figure out what needs to be done, and get to work. You should be comfortable using hand and power tools, working independently, and taking pride in your work.
