Full Job Description Salary & Benefits:

$26 - $34 per hour (based on experience) We are preparing for a very busy end to 2026 and beyond! Qualifications:

Must have experience in concrete construction. Must have experience as a carpenter/form setter. Must follow all company policies and procedures regarding: Safety Presenting themselves and the company professionally and competently. Must have self-provided and dependable transportation. (The company does not provide daily transportation - unless travel is required) Must be able to take, and pass, a drug test. Must have valid identification ( ID, Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Permanent Resident Card, etc. ) Willingness to travel: Not Required A willingness to travel increases your potential earnings! (Projects are not only in Albuquerque but also in surrounding areas)

Los Lunas, Albuquerque, Springer, Hobbs, Carlsbad, Santa Fe, Las Vegas(NM), and Zuni States you could work in: Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas
