Role:
Builders Tech NM is a growing construction and development firm. We are looking for a detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to elevate the interior and exterior quality of our residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for the precision, safety, and final aesthetic finish of our builds.
Core Responsibilities:
High-End Carpentry:
Execute high-quality interior and exterior finish carpentry, including trim, baseboards, crown molding, and casing.
Custom Fabrication:
Perform precise site measurements and layout work to ensure seamless fits and flawless finishes.
Hardware Installation:
Install specialized carpentry hardware, cabinetry, and custom millwork elements.
Project Oversight:
Manage the full lifecycle of tasks, from picking up materials at the supply house to final cleanup and project sign-off.
Documentation:
Use your smartphone to take photos and videos of completed work to verify installation quality and project status.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of professional finish carpentry experience. Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints. Must have your own basic hand tools for finish carpentry.
