Job Description
Skilled Tradesmen 4BM Construction is looking for experienced Skilled Tradesmen to join our team. We are seeking dependable, hardworking professionals with hands-on construction experience who take pride in quality workmanship and getting the job done right. Responsibilities Perform a variety of construction, installation, repair, and remodeling tasks. Read and follow plans, drawings, and project specifications. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Work with other trades and project team members to keep projects on schedule. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite. Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements. Identify potential issues and communicate them to the project supervisor. Qualifications Previous construction or skilled trade experience preferred. Strong knowledge of general construction practices. Ability to use common hand and power tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Must be willing to learn and take on a variety of construction tasks.
