Schedule:
Monday Thursday | 7:00 AM 4:30 PM
Every other Friday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
OFF every other Friday!

What Youll DoAs a General Maintenance Carpenter, youll perform a wide variety of skilled maintenance and construction tasks to keep facilities operating efficiently and safely. No two days are the same!
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing expert-level carpentry, repairs, and facility maintenanceInstalling and repairing drywall, doors, windows, roofs, fences, and gatesSanding, priming, painting, and finishing wood, metal, and plastic surfacesCompleting electrical tasks such as wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting installationReading blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions to plan projectsRepairing locks and maintaining building hardwareDocumenting completed work and materials usedOperating trucks and forklifts safelyMaintaining safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant work areasSupporting special projects and additional maintenance assignments What Were Looking ForRequired Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Drivers License
Ability to pass background and driver record checks
Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work on your feet for extended periods
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Professional attitude and commitment to safety
Preferred Skills & Abilities:
Carpentry and general construction experienceBasic electrical knowledgeDrywall installation and finishingPainting and surface preparation experienceAbility to drive trucks up to 26,000 GVWForklift operation experience (up to 15,000 lbs.)CPR/First Aid Certification preferredOSHA safety awareness and compliance mindset Why Join Tresco?
