Performing expert-level carpentry, repairs, and facility maintenanceInstalling and repairing drywall, doors, windows, roofs, fences, and gatesSanding, priming, painting, and finishing wood, metal, and plastic surfacesCompleting electrical tasks such as wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting installationReading blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions to plan projectsRepairing locks and maintaining building hardwareDocumenting completed work and materials usedOperating trucks and forklifts safelyMaintaining safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant work areasSupporting special projects and additional maintenance assignments

Open Until Filled What Youll DoAs a General Maintenance Carpenter, youll perform a wide variety of skilled maintenance and construction tasks to keep facilities operating efficiently and safely. No two days are the same! Your responsibilities will include:Performing expert-level carpentry, repairs, and facility maintenanceInstalling and repairing drywall, doors, windows, roofs, fences, and gatesSanding, priming, painting, and finishing wood, metal, and plastic surfacesCompleting electrical tasks such as wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting installationReading blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions to plan projectsRepairing locks and maintaining building hardwareDocumenting completed work and materials usedOperating trucks and forklifts safelyMaintaining safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant work areasSupporting special projects and additional maintenance assignments
What Were Looking ForRequired Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Valid Drivers License Ability to pass background and driver record checks Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work on your feet for extended periods Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional attitude and commitment to safetyPreferred Skills & Abilities:
