Compensation:

$33,280 - $45,760 yearly

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, repair, and remodeling on residential housing units at Holloman AFB per work order specifications Execute finish carpentry, including door/window installation, trim, and interior millwork Perform interior painting, texture matching, and drywall repair to professional standards Complete minor electrical work, including fixture replacement, switch/outlet repairs, and basic wiring Accurately document completed work and communicate material needs to the project lead Maintain a clean, safe job site and uphold quality standards required on a federal housing contract

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling and construction — multi-trade, not general labor Demonstrated skills across carpentry, painting, finish work, and basic electrical Must pass a federal background check — required for Holloman AFB site access (non-negotiable) Must be local to Las Cruces or Alamogordo, NM Valid New Mexico driver's license with a clean record Ability to manage a work order queue independently and deliver consistent, inspectable quality About Company Denco, Inc. has served New Mexico since 1997 with quality general construction services for government clients.
