Ark Light Construction LLC Albuquerque Metro Area $30•36/hr Starting DOE 90-Day Performance Review with Advancement Opportunities Ark Light Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Carpenter to join our growing residential remodeling team. This is a hands-on role for a highly skilled carpenter who can work independently, solve problems in the field, and consistently deliver quality craftsmanship. You will work closely with our Project Superintendent and help complete kitchens, bathrooms, additions, whole-home remodels, and punch-list projects throughout the Albuquerque area. Responsibilities 5+ years residential remodeling experience Install trim, doors, hardware, cabinets, flooring, and finish materials Perform drywall repair, texture matching, and light framing Read scopes of work and project plans Maintain quality standards and identify issues before they become costly problems Coordinate with project management and subcontractors Document progress using Buildertrend and CompanyCam Maintain a clean and professional jobsite Requirements 5+ years residential remodeling experience Strong finish carpentry skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable truck and valid driver's license Complete set of hand and power tools Professional communication skills Comfortable using smartphones and construction software Preferred Experience Kitchen remodels Bathroom remodels Tile installation Flooring installation Drywall and texture Light framing Bilingual English/Spanish Compensation $30•36/hr starting DOE Weekly pay PTO and sick leave Paid holidays after 90 days Performance bonuses Advancement opportunities Schedule Monday-Friday Typical hours 7:00 AM•3:30 PMTo Apply Please include: Desired hourly rate Description of remodeling projects completed Photos of your work if available At least one professional reference Qualified applicants will be contacted for a phone interview and skills assessment.
