Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter with extensive experience in framing and general construction to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including metal building erection, concrete forming, and remodeling. As a key contributor, you will utilize your expertise in carpentry, masonry, welding, and construction management to deliver high-quality craftsmanship on time and within safety standards. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing, siding, roofing, and metal building erection projects Construct and install frameworks using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing, plastering, stucco application, and restoration work with precision Manage metal stud framing and drywall installation for interior partitions and exterior facades Operate heavy machinery safely for site preparation, material handling, and structural assembly Execute masonry tasks including brickwork, stonework, and siding installation to enhance building durability and aesthetics Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining safety protocols Requirements Proven experience as a Journeyman Carpenter or experienced framer with a strong background in construction site work Demonstrated expertise in metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, roofing, siding, drywall installation, and masonry Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation Knowledge of construction management principles and safety standards on active sites Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as required Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and project managers effectively Join us to build exceptional structures while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship and safety!

$27.55 - $37.50 per hour
