Carpenter Zavatto Brothers Construction Las Vegas, NV Job Details Temporary From $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Siding Cutting Attention to detail Clean workspace maintenance Demolition Full Job Description Project overview This is a temporary position, we have work here in Vegas for the next 4 months. Work will be consistent and full-time for these 4 months. Must be able to legally work in the US as we are licensed and insured. We are looking for an experienced carpenter to perform siding, fascia, and exterior trim replacement on a residential property in Las Vegas. Work includes removal of existing materials and installation of new siding and trim per provided specifications. The right candidate takes pride in clean, precise finishes and can execute efficiently under direction. Responsibilities
- Remove and dispose of existing siding, fascia, and trim
- Install new siding panels, fascia boards, and exterior trim to specification
- Ensure all cuts, joints, and transitions are clean, level, and weather-tight
- Identify and communicate any underlying damage (rot, sheathing issues) found during demolition
- Keep the work area clean and safe throughout the project
- Must work well with others in a team atmosphere
- Work collaboratively and take direction from the project lead Requirements
- Proven experience in exterior carpentry — siding, fascia, and/or trim installation
- Strong attention to detail — cuts, alignment, and finish quality matter on this project
- Comfortable working with and following direction from a lead
- Own basic tools; reliable transportation to the job site in Las Vegas
- Must be able to work at heights (ladders/scaffolding) safely
