Responsibilities:
- Perform remodeling tasks such as carpentry, painting, flooring installation, and concrete forming
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute projects accurately
- Conduct hardscape work including plastering and trim carpentry
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all remodeling projects
Experience:
- Previous experience in construction management or related field
- Proficiency in construction painting, blueprint reading, and concrete forming
- Knowledge of trim carpentry techniques and flooring installation
- Familiarity with hardscape work and carpentry practices
