What You'll Be Doing As a Lead Carpenter, you'll play an important role in delivering the quality remodeling projects our customers have come to expect. You'll be responsible for: Leading and performing residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and renovations. Delivering high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Coordinating daily work activities and helping keep projects moving efficiently. Working independently while also collaborating with other team members. Communicating professionally with homeowners and providing an excellent customer experience. Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites. Taking ownership of your work and pride in the finished product. Our ideal candidate has:

At least 10 years of experience in residential construction and remodeling. Strong skills in kitchen, bathroom, and home renovation projects. The ability to work independently and lead by example. Excellent craftsmanship, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. A positive, customer-focused attitude. The ability to work well with homeowners and fellow team members. Good professional references. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. A reliable truck and the necessary power and hand tools.
