Job Description
Hugh Bauers Contracting is a Long Island residential remodeling company specializing in dormers, extensions, and major renovations. We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works well with others, and has solid residential construction experience. This is steady full-time work on high-quality residential projects throughout Suffolk and Nassau County. Responsibilities Residential framing and general carpentry Assist with dormers, extensions, and renovations Install windows, doors, siding, trim, and interior finishes Work with lead carpenter and crew to keep projects moving efficiently Maintain clean and safe job sites Follow plans and directions carefully Perform quality workmanship at all times Requirements Minimum 3-5 years residential construction experience Framing experience preferred Experience with remodeling and renovations preferred Must be dependable and hardworking Must speak English clearly Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Must have basic carpentry tools Must work well with others and maintain professionalism on job sites What We Offer Steady year-round work Professional work environment Opportunity for growth Performance bonuses available High-quality residential projects Pay based on experience and ability.
