In this role, you will work closely with our experienced foremen to assist in the installation of decks, patio pavers, and covered porches for residential projects. You will be an integral part of the team, contributing to the construction of high-quality outdoor living spaces that exceed customers' expectations. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, grow their skill set, and gain hands-on experience working alongside skilled carpenters.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the construction and installation of decks, patio pavers, and covered porches. Complete tasks as assigned by site foreman. Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Support team members with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup. Maintain a clean and organized worksite. Always adhere to safety protocols and company standards.

What We're Looking For:

Basic carpentry skills and a willingness to learn. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Ability to take direction and work collaboratively as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform hands-on tasks in various outdoor conditions. Punctuality and reliability are essential. Experience in construction or carpentry is a plus but not required.
