In this role, you will work closely with experienced foremen and fellow carpenters on whole-house residential remodeling projects, playing an active role in both construction and problem-solving on site. You will be a key contributor to delivering high-quality remodels that exceed client expectations. This position is ideal for someone who already has a solid carpentry foundation and is ready to continue building their skills while taking on increased responsibility in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry work on residential remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and full home renovations
- Follow project plans and complete tasks efficiently under the direction of the site foreman
- Safely operate power tools and equipment
- Assist with layout, framing, installation, and finishing tasks as needed
- Help coordinate material handling, site preparation, and daily cleanup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Consistently follow safety procedures and company standards
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in residential construction or carpentry
- Ability to complete drywall installation and painting work.
- Working knowledge of basic carpentry techniques and tools
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to take direction, work independently when needed, and collaborate as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform hands-on construction tasks in various conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
