Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of carpentry and general labor tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your craftsmanship across multiple trades while contributing to diverse building and restoration projects. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist with framing, trim carpentry, siding, roofing, and door hanging to support project timelines and quality standards Operate hand tools, power tools Install cabinetry, Follow safety protocols on construction sites while assisting with plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, and remodeling projectsQualifications Proven experience in construction or related industries such as manufacturing or restoration industry experience Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation and technical drawings Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and CNC equipment Familiarity with framing carpentry (woodworking), trim carpentry, siding installation, roofing techniques and fixture hanging Ability to rough frame additions and new homes. Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions for remodeling or restoration projects Join our team where your skills will be valued!
