In addition to experience, a mindset to help the team as needed and focus on quality work are most important. We perform multiple residential addition and renovation projects per year and the candidate will need to have experience in 2 or more building trades such as: Finish carpentry Framing (small scale) Flooring (hardwood and/or tile) Basic Plumbing and electrical Drywall Cabinetry Doors/frames/hardware Vinyl/wood siding and trim Appliance connections We prefer to self perform as many of the tasks on a job as possible. We are looking for an experience individual to help complete our quality projects.
