We are looking for an experienced, hands-on lead installer who can work alongside and direct one helper. I handle project planning, daily scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall job management. The lead installer is responsible for executing the installation, guiding the helper, solving field issues, and maintaining a consistently high standard of workmanship.
