In this vital role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, from commercial metal buildings to residential remodels, utilizing your hands-on skills and technical knowledge to deliver exceptional results. Duties Perform residential remodeling and construction work Framing, trim, doors, windows, siding, flooring, decks, and general carpentry Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans. Frame walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using wood and metal studs with precision and efficiency. Assist with demolition, repairs, and jobsite preparation Operate power tools such as saws, drills, nail guns and heavy equipment safely and effectively on-site. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other hand tools; perform basic math calculations for precise cuts and placements. Qualifications Valid Driver's License. Smart Phone for time tracking purposes. Proven experience in construction roles with a focus on framing and carpentry. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and dimensional measurements essential for accurate work. Solid understanding of construction safety standards and site protocols. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climb ladders/scaffolding, and work in various weather conditions. Basic math skills necessary for precise measurements; excellent attention to detail in all tasks. Construction site experience demonstrating reliability in fast-paced environments.
