In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship, ensuring high-quality renovations and restorations. Your expertise will help our clients achieve their vision, whether it's updating a kitchen, restoring a damaged property, or completing custom remodeling projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and expand your experience in the remodeling industry. Responsibilities Execute remodeling projects including framing, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, and fixture hanging with precision and efficiency Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete tasks safely and accurately Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution Perform demolition, restoration work, water damage remediation, and mold removal as needed Install siding, stucco, roofing, flooring, tile, drywall, and other finishing materials to meet project specifications Conduct heavy lifting and material fabrication such as concrete forming, rebar installation, and metal stud framing Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean worksite Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, carpentry (including trim and frame carpentry), and remodeling projects Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings Experience with restoration industry practices including water damage restoration and mold remediation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, roofing, siding installation, and flooring is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and quality workmanship Prior handyman experience or construction site experience is advantageous Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional renovation solutions!
