We're expanding our team and looking for experienced builders who are dedicated, skilled, and ready to bring their talents to a company that values hard work and craftsmanship. What You'll Do As a Crew Carpenter, you'll play a key role in constructing our high-quality buildings from the ground up, including:

Lifting and Climbing :

Ability to lift over 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work safely at heights up to 40 feet.

Framing & Sheeting :

Frame and sheet buildings from ground to roof, including installing metal roofing.

Team Collaboration :

Work alongside a skilled team of builders to meet project deadlines and uphold Conestoga's standards.

Traveling :

Willingness to travel (2 ½ hour radius from Ephrata), including overnight stays, when necessary, to meet project requirements.

What We're Looking For Experience :

Minimum of 2 years in constructing pole buildings.

Skills :

Proficiency in using personal hand tools (hammer, tape measure, tool bag, speed square) and strong tape-measuring skills.

Physical Capability :

Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting, climbing, and standing on ladders for extended periods.

Reliability :

A strong work ethic, good decision-making skills, and trustworthiness.

Requirements :
