We are seeking a talented and reliable Scenic Decorator / Carpenter to join our creative team in building immersive, large-scale seasonal attractions. The ideal candidate has strong carpentry skills, an eye for design, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Construct and install scenic elements based on design specifications Assist with scenic painting, prop fabrication, and décor as needed Load, unload, and move materials (must be able to lift 50+ lbs) Collaborate with creative team members and follow build schedules Maintain tools, workspaces, and safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in scenic fabrication, carpentry, set building, decorating, or related field Proficient with hand and power tools Comfortable working on ladders and with large-scale builds Flexible or open availability — daytime, evenings, weekends as needed Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to changing priorities Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset Travel availability is a plus, but not required Seasonal role, with opportunities for year-round work based on project needs and performance
