Work locations will be spread between two properties, one in lower Westchester and the other in upper Manhattan. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-quality craftsmanship, and will play a vital role in maintaining, repairing, and enhancing residential properties. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, drywall installation, flooring, painting, and fixture installation. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks like concrete finishing, masonry, roofing, or fabrication. Manage construction estimating processes for small to medium projects to provide accurate cost assessments. Operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling during construction or restoration projects. Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols while maintaining efficiency on the job site. Experience Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, or skilled general handyman services. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs while maintaining quality standards. Experience working in a high net worth residential envinroment is stronly preferred. This position offers top tier benefits and a generous salary for the right fit.
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
