Job Description
We are currently hiring experienced Construction Laborers & Commercial Carpenters . You will support commercial construction projects for a professional general contractor. This role involves assisting with site preparation & clean up, framing, carpentry work, material handling, demolition, installations, and general jobsite support activities. This is a hands-on, primarily outdoor position requiring construction experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, the ability to lift heavy materials, and willingness to work in varying weather conditions with overtime opportunities available.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist with commercial and residential construction activities at active project sites Perform framing, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and general construction labor tasks Assist with site preparation, demolition, material delivery, and jobsite cleanup Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently Measure, cut, and install building materials according to project specifications Assist with concrete work, form setting, and other construction-related tasks as needed Load, unload, and move construction materials throughout the jobsite Follow all OSHA and jobsite safety procedures Communicate daily with supervisors regarding project progress and site activities
Position Qualifications:
Laborers•At least 1 year of construction laboring experience. Carpenters•At least 3 years of commercial carpentry experience. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and common construction equipment OSHA 10 Certification Strong understanding of construction safety practices Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
Laborers Pay Range:
$30.00/hr.•$35.00/hr.
Carpenters Pay Range:
