POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated Carpenter Apprentice to join our team. This is an entry-level, hands-on role with the opportunity to learn all aspects of residential construction. No prior experience is required

• construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with framing, demo, and general carpentry tasks
• Load, unload, and move materials
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Support lead carpenters and crew members

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Enjoys working with their hands and being active
• Physically capable (lifting 50+ lbs, working on feet)
• Reliable, honest, and dependable
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Professional attitude
• Own basic tools (ideal)
