We're currently looking for a Carpenter Helper who's eager to learn the trade, work with their hands, and be part of a skilled team creating real results homeowners can see and feel. What We Do We specialize in turning unfinished, damp, and mold-prone basements into: ✔ Beautiful living areas ✔ Home offices, gyms, and entertainment spaces ✔ Dry, energy-efficient environments ✔ Healthier indoor air quality We proudly serve homeowners in Oyster Bay, Islip, Brookhaven, and surrounding Long Island communities — and we're known as Long Island's trusted basement finishing contractor. What You'll Do as a Carpenter Helper As part of our basement finishing crew, you'll: Assist skilled carpenters with basement finishing and remodeling projects Help install wall systems, flooring, ceilings, and trim Load and unload materials and keep job sites clean and organized Learn professional construction techniques using industry-leading systems Work directly on projects that increase home value and livable space What We're Looking For Some construction or carpentry experience (preferred but not required) Willingness to learn and take direction Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable working with tools and on your feet Pride in producing quality work Why Join Healthy Basement Systems?
