Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, including all aspects of construction on residential projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects while honing your skills in various construction disciplines. Responsibilities Install and finish interior trim including base, doors, casings, crown moldings, and decorative millwork Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction processes Collaborate with team members on remodeling, siding, roofing, plastering, and other specialized tasks to meet project specifications Ensure compliance with safety standards by using hand tools appropriately and practicing heavy lifting techniques safely Qualifications Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to execute complex projects effectively Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols and efficient workflow Familiarity with carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, framing carpentry, woodworking, and restoration work Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as required Join our team as a if you're passionate about building excellence!
