Green Conversions Inc. is a high-end residential general contracting firm specializing in luxury apartment and townhouse renovations throughout New York City. We are currently seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter / Cabinet Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with: Finish carpentry Custom millwork installation Cabinet installation Hardware installation Working in occupied, high-end residential apartments

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential construction Ability to read drawings and layouts Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Clean and professional job site practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team

OSHA / SST

certifications preferred Driver's license preferred Responsibilities include: Installation of custom millwork, cabinetry, trim, and hardware Protection and care of finished surfaces Coordinating with project managers and field teams Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Completing work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Green Conversions Inc. offers a positive, team-oriented work environment with steady high-end residential projects throughout NYC.

Pay:

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
