• Must have Commercial Drywall Carpentry work experience
• Experience running crews
• Able to read schematics and blueprints
• 3 years Lead foreman experience 5 years is better
• Overseeing and ensuring all safety rules are adhered and followed
• Responsible for monitoring field carpenters performing construction duties
• Wide knowledge of construction best practices, equipment maintenance and tools
• Good physical conditions and stamina; and strong communication skills

OSHA 30 Card, 62 HR

SST, 4 HR
