Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated person to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Execute masonry work, including stucco, siding, and plastering tasks, maintaining quality standards Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate framing, roofing, and remodeling activities Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide construction processes and ensure project specifications are met Conduct carpentry tasks such as trim work, framing, woodwork, and siding installation Collaborate with team members on site safety protocols, heavy lifting procedures, and restoration projects Requirements Proven experience in construction site work Skilled in masonry techniques, roofing, siding, and drywall finishing Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment confidently and safely Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation Familiarity with construction management principles and site safety regulations Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor work
