Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Carpenter to spearhead our new construction, renovation, and restoration projects, ensuring high-quality execution from start to finish. As a key leader on our team, you will oversee project planning, coordinate skilled trades, and manage on-site operations with enthusiasm and precision. Your expertise in various construction disciplines will drive project success, foster teamwork, and uphold safety standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects across the restoration industry, utilizing your comprehensive skills in carpentry, fabrication, and site management. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including framing, drywall, roofing, siding, flooring, and finishing work. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Supervise and mentor team members, including carpenters, handymen, and laborers, fostering a collaborative work environment. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks. Manage material procurement, fabrication processes, installation, and fixture or cabinet installation as required. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes while maintaining a clean and organized job site. Oversee renovation, new construction, and restoration projects. Skills Extensive experience in construction and project planning. Proficiency in rough carpentry, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, door hanging, drywall installation, and remodeling techniques. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for diverse construction applications. Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for fabrication and installation tasks. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while managing multiple tasks. Background in renovations, new construction practices.
