We are looking for a dependable, skilled construction professional to join our growing company. This position is for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently when needed, and understands that quality, reliability, and attention to detail matter. We handle a variety of residential construction and remodeling projects, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple phases of construction rather than performing only one specialized task. Responsibilities Perform residential carpentry and general construction work Framing, trim, doors, windows, siding, and other carpentry tasks Assist with remodeling, renovations, and general contracting projects Read measurements and plans accurately Safely operate common hand and power tools Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Identify problems and communicate them before they become larger issues Work independently as well as alongside the owner and other trades Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism around customers Follow jobsite safety procedures and protect customers' homes and property Required Qualifications 3+ years of residential construction or carpentry experience Strong understanding of basic construction methods Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials Experience using common construction tools and equipment Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to consistently arrive on time and ready to work Ability to lift and carry construction materials and perform physically demanding work Good communication and problem-solving skills Having your own basic hand tools is preferred. Compensation $28-$33/hour , depending on experience, skill level, reliability, and ability to work independently. Higher compensation within the range is intended for candidates who can take a task from instruction to completion with minimal supervision while maintaining our quality standards.
