  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our construction team, bringing expertise in various aspects of building and renovation projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency on every project. Your hands-on experience and technical knowledge will contribute to the successful completion of commercial and residential structures, from framing to finishing touches. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while honing your skills in a dynamic environment. Duties Erect metal buildings and structural frameworks with precision and adherence to schematics and blueprints Perform concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and restoration to create durable foundations and surfaces Install rebar reinforcement in concrete structures to ensure strength and stability Execute masonry tasks including bricklaying, stucco application, and siding installation for aesthetic and structural purposes Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and other machinery safely on construction sites Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide framing, carpentry, roofing, and remodeling activities Use hand tools and power tools effectively for framing, trim carpentry, woodworking, plastering, and roofing projects Conduct metal stud framing and drywall installation for interior walls and partitions Perform welding tasks to join metal components securely in various structural applications Install siding, stucco, or other exterior finishes to enhance building aesthetics and weather resistance Assist with demolition or restoration projects as needed to prepare sites for new construction or renovation Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean work environment Qualifications Proven experience in construction roles with a focus on metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry or carpentry Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety protocols on construction sites Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper technique Familiarity with rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, roofing systems, siding installation, and plastering methods Experience working with remodeling projects or restoration work is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs Valid certifications in welding or heavy equipment operation are advantageous but not mandatory Join us as a where your expertise will directly impact the quality of our projects!
