In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of plumbing and carpentry tasks across various projects, including residential, commercial, and restoration sites. Your expertise will ensure that all installations, repairs, and modifications meet safety standards, building codes, and client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that require precision, craftsmanship, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage components using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans. Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and siding work to support construction and renovation efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and working on construction sites with a strong understanding of schematics. Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., saws, hammers) and power tools (e.g., drills, grinders) essential for carpentry and plumbing tasks. Demonstrated ability in various construction disciplines including framing carpentry, trim carpentry, masonry, roofing, siding installation, and fixture installation. Knowledge of plumbing systems installation and repair is highly desirable. Experience in the restoration industry or water damage restoration is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in fabrication and assembly processes. Strong communication skills with the ability to read schematics accurately and follow detailed instructions for complex projects. $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
