The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end residential carpentry, specializing in custom cabinetry, fine detailing, and luxury woodwork. This role requires an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering superior craftsmanship on every project.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Custom Cabinetry and Built-Ins:
Design, construct, and install custom cabinetry and built-ins according to client specifications and project requirements.
Fine Detailing and Finishing Touches:
Execute fine detailing, including trim work, molding, and other finishing touches that enhance the aesthetic of high-end residential spaces.
Custom Woodwork and Paneling:
Create and install custom woodwork, including paneling and specialty wood designs, ensuring precision and quality in every piece.
Trim and Molding Installation:
Install various types of trim and molding, including baseboards, crown molding, and wainscoting, with a focus on accuracy and finish quality.
Quality Control and Finish Work:
Conduct detailed inspections of completed work to ensure all installations meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. Perform any necessary touch-ups or adjustments to achieve a flawless finish.
The ideal candidate should possess:
Proficiency in finish carpentry techniques, including measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling wood components. Extensive knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment, such as table saws, routers, nail guns, and miter saws. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and design plans. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Experience working on high-end residential projects with a focus on luxury finishes and custom detailing. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation- will require travel to worksites Background check is required - 7 years with no prior convictions.
