Job Description

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Finish Carpenters (Residential) in Syracuse, New York and surrounding areas within 40 miles.

PAY:

$25•35/hour (based on experience)

HOURS:

Shifts will be 8-hour workdays, 5 days per week (possible Overtime)

SCHEDULE

Workdays will be Monday•Friday; 8:00 am•4:30 pm

Permanent Key Responsibilities:

Perform finish carpentry on residential projects, including kitchen and bathroom remodels and full home renovations Install cabinetry, trim, doors, fixtures, and complete detailed finish work to specification Assist with broader remodel tasks such as light demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, and final finishes as needed Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and finish schedules accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Work closely with project managers and other trades to meet project timelines Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations

Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of carpentry experience, with a strong focus on residential work Proven ability to deliver high-end results Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and finish specs Own basic hand tools required Must have reliable transportation Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves Additional Requirements for carpenter: Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site
