This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling. As a key member of our crew, you will perform essential carpentry tasks, operate various tools and equipment, and contribute to the successful completion of construction projects. Your hands-on expertise will help bring construction visions to life while ensuring safety and quality standards are met every step of the way. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing, trim, cabinetry, siding, roofing, and other wood or metal structures using hand tools and power tools. Read blueprints, schematics, and drawings to accurately execute project specifications. Operate construction equipment such as CNC machines, scaffolding, rebar benders, and concrete forms with precision. Perform demolition, restoration work—including water damage remediation—and prepare surfaces for finishing tasks like plastering or painting. Install fixtures, doors, windows, drywall, flooring, tile, and other building components following industry standards. Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure efficient workflow on-site. Follow safety protocols at all times while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Requirements Proven experience in construction or related fields such as carpentry, remodeling, or manufacturing. Proficiency with hand tools (saws, hammers, drills), power tools (nail guns, grinders), and schematics reading. Knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint interpretation is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed. Experience with various construction disciplines including framing, siding installation, roofing, masonry, plumbing or electrical work is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation required.
