What We Offer Weekly pay Company-paid lodging for qualifying travel projects Travel assistance provided Daily meal allowance/per diem Steady, ongoing work opportunities Opportunities to travel throughout the U.S. Safe, team-oriented work environment Career growth opportunities Position ResponsibilitiesConstruction Laborers Assist with lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials Load and unload tools and equipment Perform site preparation and cleanup Support carpenters, ironworkers, and equipment operators Maintain safe and organized job sites Carpenters Perform framing and carpentry work Install panelized wall systems and related materials Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to plans Safely operate hand and power tools Coordinate with crews and supervisors on active job sites Qualifications Construction experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from job sites Willingness to travel for projects Strong work ethic and reliability Commitment to safety and teamwork Work Environment This is active outdoor construction work that may include: Long periods standing and walking Exposure to weather conditions Working around heavy equipment and cranes Fast-paced construction environments Why Work With CCSI?
