You will be hands-on in executing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. What you'll do Execute construction tasks including framing, trim carpentry, and roofing with precision and attention to detail. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks such as concrete forming, cabinet installation, and door hanging. Conduct restoration work including water damage restoration, mold remediation, and plastering to restore spaces to their original condition. Preferred qualifications Experience with CNC machinery or fabrication processes is a plus. Familiarity with restoration industry practices including caulking, siding installation, and flooring installation. Previous maintenance person experience that showcases versatility across multiple trades.
