You will be hands-on in executing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your skills will not only enhance the physical environment but also contribute to the satisfaction of our clients, making every project a success! What you'll do Execute construction tasks including framing, trim carpentry, and roofing with precision and attention to detail. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks such as concrete forming, cabinet installation, and door hanging. Conduct restoration work including water damage restoration, mold remediation, and plastering to restore spaces to their original condition. Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Perform heavy lifting as required for materials and equipment during construction activities. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Engage in ongoing learning about new techniques and technologies in the construction industry. Basic qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, carpentry, or related fields. Strong understanding of construction site operations with hands-on experience in various trades such as plumbing, masonry, or electrical work. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Preferred qualifications Experience with CNC machinery or fabrication processes is a plus. Familiarity with restoration industry practices including caulking, siding installation, and flooring installation. Previous maintenance person experience that showcases versatility across multiple trades.
