Commercial contractor has an immediate need for commercial and residential carpenters for full time work in and around the Akron ohio area. Candidate must have 5 years experience, basic hand tools, transportation, and ability to begin work asap. Pay is commensurate with experience, please apply for immediate consideration. Carpenter Duties and Responsibilities Measuring, cutting and framing structures to specifications Coordinate with the project manager and complete assigned tasks Read blueprints and other schematics to ensure project accuracy Keep worksite clean and organized Trim Carpenter Requirements and Qualifications Prior carpentry experience with framing and building walls to specification Experience hannging drywall Experience framing metal studs Experience with blueprint reading Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation Must be able to work at heights, on ladders, scaffolds and the ability to carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
