What You'll Be Doing Bathroom and kitchen remodels Tile installation (floors, showers, backsplashes) Framing, drywall, and finish carpentry Installing cabinets, vanities, and trim General remodeling tasks as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of remodeling or carpentry experience (preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Shows up on time and ready to work every day Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience 40 hours per week (steady, year-round work) Weekly pay Opportunity for advancement into Lead Carpenter role Work with professional tools and organized job site.
