Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Plumber, HVAC Technician, Carpenter and Electrician to join our dynamic remodeling team . In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and electrical installations and repairs on residential and commercial remodeling projects . Your expertise will ensure that each project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Start your career with us as a 1099 independent contractor with the option to become W2 after the initial probationary period. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances using construction plumbing techniques and hand tools. Perform HVAC system installations, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with schematics and mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal climate control. Conduct electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and repairs following electrical codes to deliver safe and reliable electrical systems. Use power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and carpentry skills to assemble components and modify structures as needed during remodeling projects. Engage in heavy lifting and physical tasks required on construction sites while maintaining safety protocols. Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure seamless integration of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems with overall remodeling plans. This is a remodeling company, so you will be completing bathroom, kitchen, flooring projects with a team with over 100 combined years of remodeling experience. Be able to assist the construction team with laying flooring, carpentry, demo, building cabinets, etc. as needed. A plus is tile, drywall, and painting experience. Experience Proven experience in construction with a focus on plumbing, HVAC systems, or electrical work within remodeling or renovation projects. Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical diagrams related to mechanical systems. Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of construction site safety practices and ability to perform heavy lifting safely. Familiarity with building codes, schematics for HVAC/electrical systems, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Hands-on experience with carpentry tasks or handyman work. Valid driver's license for commercial driving or site access is preferred but not mandatory.
