Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life through precise craftsmanship and effective management of construction processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, mostly residential remodels and normal maintenance and repair. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate construction activities, including framing, siding, roofing, and masonry work Operate power tools safely to facilitate efficient project progress Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately to execute construction plans effectively Conduct carpentry tasks such as trim work, framing, woodwork, and drywall installation with precision. Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship across all phases Maintain clear communication with supervisors on project status, materials needed, and potential issues Experience Hands-on experience with masonry, roofing, siding, and framing carpentry Skilled in operating power tools safely within a construction environment Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings for precise execution Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety standards on-site Knowledge of various construction disciplines including plastering, stucco application, woodworking, restoration work, and remodeling projects Prior experience working on diverse construction sites with a focus on safety compliance and quality workmanship Join us as a where your expertise will contribute directly to building exceptional structures while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment.
