Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Carpenter / Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing small construction projects and home and business repairs, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. This role requires a strong carpentry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think on ones own with the support of a team. Responsibilities Traveling to different jobsites for repairs. Basic understanding of construction practices. Perform general carpentry and construction. Ability to work on a home or building and do such repairs as replace a door rebuild steps or patch a wall. Must have your own personal hand tools and maintain company tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or repairs as needed. Must be able to communicate with customers and represent company values. Skills Strong knowledge of facilities (homes and businesses') maintenance practices and procedures. Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and staff. Ability to work alone and fulfill work orders. Excellent customer service skills to address maintenance requests professionally.
