We are seeking a reliable & hardworking Carpenter/Remodeler with proven experience and skills. All Claims Repairs is committed to helping our clients to recover, restore and remodel properties with professional care. Your Role Perform various remodeling and restoration projects Framing, Drywall, Cabinetry, Trim, Paint, Flooring, etc. Have a keen eye for detail Work independently and with a team, following direction from Project Manager Maintain tools and equipment Follow safety protocols and company procedures Requirements Minimum 3 years, proven experience in Remodeling & Restoration Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation Proficient in electrical & manual tools, measurements, and basic math Good physical condition High school diploma or GED Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on an on call rotation Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and demeanor Communicate clearly with customers and team members Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Paid training and certification opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays
