FINISH CARPENTER / PUNCH-OUT CARPENTER - BASEMENT REMODELING

Starting Pay:

$200+ per day | Per-job pay available We are looking for an experienced and reliable Finish Carpenter to help complete residential basement finishing projects throughout the Columbus, Ohio area. This position is primarily finish-out and punch-list work. You will come into projects toward the final stages and help take the basement across the finish line.

Work includes:

• Interior doors and hardware
• Baseboard, casing and finish trim
• Bathroom finish-out
• Basement bars and cabinetry
• Painting and touch-ups
• Caulking, filling and detail work
• Minor drywall repairs
• Punch-list items
• Door, cabinet and trim adjustments
• Final detailing before homeowner walkthrough
• Jobsite cleanup and organization

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of remodeling/finish carpentry experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have your own basic tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently
• Dependable and shows up when scheduled
• Able to troubleshoot and complete punch-list items without constant supervision
• Takes pride in producing clean, professional finished work Pay starts at $200+ per day depending on experience.

Per-job pricing is also available. We have consistent basement finishing work available for the right person.
