  • 40/Hour Based on Experience Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM | Weekly Pay Right Way Restore is looking for an experienced Lead Finish Carpenter / Kitchen Remodeler to join our growing residential remodeling team.
This is a full-time W-2 position , not subcontract or 1099 work. We are looking for someone who can produce high-quality finish work, understand the complete kitchen remodeling process, communicate well, and help lead a small field crew. What You'll Do Complete full kitchen remodeling projects Install cabinets accurately and professionally Perform finish carpentry, trim, casing, baseboard, and molding Handle framing, drywall repairs, flooring, doors, and punch work Read layouts, plans, and measurements Coordinate work around plumbing, electrical, countertops, and other trades Lead and work alongside other crew members Maintain clean, protected, organized jobsites Identify problems early and communicate them to the Project Manager Maintain Right Way Restore's quality standards and company procedures What We're Looking For Professional finish carpentry experience Full kitchen remodeling experience Strong attention to detail Ability to lead a crew Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and solve problems Dependable and punctual Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Comfortable using smartphone apps for: Clocking in and out Jobsite photos Project communication Scheduling and project information Able to follow company SOPs and established construction standards Able to pass required background screening Drug-free workplace Pay & Schedule $30
  • 40 per hour based on experience Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Employees are paid weekly . Work completed this week is paid the following week. Benefits Full-time W-2 employment $30
