Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Painter to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior appearance of the facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for residents, families, and staff. ️ Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces and apply paint, stain, and coatings to walls, ceilings, doors, and exterior areas Repair minor drywall damage, cracks, and imperfections prior to painting Maintain clean and safe work areas, adhering to facility safety standards Work around residents respectfully and minimize disruption Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and equipment ✅ Qualifications Previous painting experience (commercial or residential preferred) Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and quality Comfortable working in a healthcare environment Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Why Join Us?
